If your vehicle is still covered under warranty then 'Yes' you need to have your car serviced at manufacturers recommended intervals.

You run the risk of doing damage to your engine and/or losing your warranty.
Do you have Loan cars and how much do they cost?
We don't provide Loan Cars but we offer a Customer drop off service if you live in the area and your car is going to be in our workshop for more than a few hours.
Will I lose my New Car Warranty if I don't go back to the dealer?
No. There is no requirement under the Australian Consumer Law for a vehicle to be serviced by an authorized dealer in order for the consumer guarantees and manufacturer’s warranty to apply, provided the service is accordance with the specified requirements by a qualified mechanic or service centre. I have lost my Log Book, do I need it?
It is best to have your log book for recording your scheduled servicing details should you ever have to claim warranty.
Do you provide Digital reports for the work you have done? or a digital report of what's wrong with my car?
We can provide a detailed invoice/receipt for all work completed or needing to be done while your vehicle is here with us and on completion of the work.
How long will the service take?
For the most basic service, it can take a minimum of 1 hour, however, depending on which service your car is needing this can can up to 3 hours.
How much will my service cost?
Whenever you book in your vehicle for a service and we have the details of your car we can provide you with a quote. Should we find that other things need to be repaired during our inspection we will let you know. Once you have approved the additional work we will go ahead.
How can I pay for my Service?
We accept Cash, EFTPOS or Direct Deposit* as payment on completion of the work and before your vehicle leaves the premises. *Must show receipt of successful transfer.
When are you Open?
Our Childers workshop is Open Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm and Friday 7am - 12pm.
Can I drop off my car after hours?
We don't offer an after hours drop off service unless a prior arrangement is made and then your car will be left at yo9ur own risk.
Is there a secure key drop off box after hours?
We don't have this option.
Can I collect my car after hours?
We prefer cars to be collected during business hours. Talk to our team about your circumstances to arrange a best time.
Can you pick up my car from home?
In a small amount of cases yes, please speak to our staff to make arrangements beforehand.
Can you drop me home when I deliver my car for servicing or repair?
In a small amount of cases yes, please speak to our staff to make arrangements beforehand as we need to schedule staff availability.
What happens if something is not right after my car service?
Let us know ASAP if you thing something is wrong. We take great pride in our work, but if something doesn't seem quite right then just let us know. Plus you have the added assurance of our REPCO Nationwide Warranty if you find yourself out of town.
Can my car be serviced at the same time it is repaired?
Yes, in most cases if you decide to have your car serviced while it is in for repair we can do that, however, please let us know in advance so we can allocate more time for your job.
How do I book in a Service?
You can visit our Office or phone us during business hours or make a booking enquiry 24/7 through our online booking form and we will be in touch the next business day to confirm your booking.
How often should I really service my car?
It's best to follow your Log Book recommendations to keep your car in the best shape. It maintains your warranty and resale value.
I don't drive much, do I still need a service?
Yes, it is still necessary to change your engine oil and have your vehicle serviced every 12 months.
Can you fix other things while my car is being serviced?
If you think you need something repaired or we have recommended a repair at your next service then let us know in advance so we can order in the parts and have them available on the day.
Do you check my brakes during a service?
Every car that comes in for a Service with us will always have the brakes checked. Should we find any problems with them we will let you know and upon approval will service them. Keeping you safe on the road.
